Services

Royalty Roofing and Siding provides residential and commercial roofing, siding, gutter, window, and door installation and repair services. All work is performed according to industry standards and local building codes.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during the project. Any changes will be communicated and approved before additional work is performed.

Warranties

We provide workmanship warranties on all installations. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials as specified by each manufacturer. Warranty details are provided in your project documentation.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project contracts. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Insurance claim assignments are accepted where applicable.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the scope of work specified in your contract. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage not caused by our work.
