“Last spring my house was damaged from a violent storm with large hail. I was new to Omaha and one of my friends referred me to Royalty to assess the damage. Mason from Royalty took over and met with the adjustor for an estimate. We ended up getting a new roof, gutters, windows, sliding glass doors and new paint. Mason set everything up, handled the insurance claim, and checked on the progress the entire way. I am really happy I went with Royalty and it's always a bonus to support a local company. We were on a tight timeline to sell our house and move into a new build, and when the inspection on our old roof did not pass, Masen jumped right in and coordinated everything for us with the exact timing we needed, even though there were delays on the insurance payments. He worked with us as the sellers and the new owners/buyers to make sure everyone got what they wanted and that the work was completed to the buyer's liking. It was a tiny bit stressful being in such a time crunch but I appreciated all the communication and follow up with us so that we could get moved out of the old house and have all repairs completed before closing. I am definitely keeping Royalty on my go to list for future roof/gutter needs!
