Supporting Local Food Banks
Donating and Volunteering at the Food Bank of the Heartland
We believe no one in our community should go hungry, which is why we joined the mission to tackle food insecurity. This past year, our team donated food to the Food Bank of the Heartland and also volunteered our time to help distribute meals to families in need. Working together with the Food Bank, we helped provide nourishment and relief to hundreds of local individuals and families.
Spreading Kindness to Vulnerable Groups
Volunteering at Omaha Home for Boys
Every young person deserves a chance to succeed. That’s why our team spent time volunteering at Omaha Home for Boys, supporting programs that empower and uplift vulnerable youth. From mentorship to hands-on help at their facilities, we made it a priority to give back to an organization that plays such a vital role in shaping futures.
Offering Assistance at Open Door Mission
When our neighbors face tough times, it’s important to step up. By volunteering at Open Door Mission, we worked to provide essentials and support for homeless individuals in the area. Lending our time to this vital cause allowed us to give hope, one helping hand at a time.
Caring for Animals and Families in Need
Time with Nebraska Humane Society
We believe that compassion extends to every living being—two-legged and four-legged. Volunteering at the Nebraska Humane Society gave us the chance to assist in caring for animals waiting for their forever homes. Whether helping with adoptions, cleaning, or fundraising, we were proud to support the incredible work of this organization.
Ronald McDonald House and Adopt-a-Family
We also brought smiles to families going through difficult times. Volunteering at the Ronald McDonald House gave us the opportunity to help families stay close to their children while receiving medical care. Additionally, through our Adopt-a-Family initiative, we spread holiday joy by providing gifts, essentials, and love to those facing hardships during the holiday season.
Spreading Warmth and Holiday Cheer
Heartland Mission Hope Hat and Glove Drive
Winter in Nebraska can be brutal. That’s why we organized a hat and glove drive in collaboration with Heartland Mission Hope. The collected items were distributed to those in need, ensuring they stayed warm during the coldest months.
Ringing the Bells for Salvation Army
The familiar sound of bells ringing is a hallmark of the holiday season, and in 2024, our team proudly joined in the tradition. Volunteering to ring bells for the Salvation Army gave us the chance to raise funds that go directly toward local programs, helping our neighbors during the holidays and beyond.
Cookies for First Responders
Community heroes deserve recognition. This year, we baked and delivered cookies to first responders as a small token of appreciation for their tireless efforts. From firefighters to EMTs, we wanted to show our gratitude for the people who keep our community safe.
Financial Support for Other Causes
Beyond volunteering our time and effort, Royalty Roofing also made financial contributions to several charities in 2024.
