Hi, I'm Colin Duran

I’m Colin, and I’m a project manager here at Royalty Roofing. Over the past few years, I’ve found that the most rewarding part of my work is helping homeowners and business owners navigate insurance claims—often by finding the most effective and creative solutions to get them properly taken care of. Being on the younger side, I’ve embraced the use of AI and modern tools, which has become a major advantage in this industry, especially when it comes to documentation and claims. When I’m not managing projects, I enjoy connecting with people in my community, whether that’s door-to-door or through everyday conversations. Outside of work, I spend my time with family and friends and enjoy getting out on the golf course. I look forward to helping you with any exterior needs or challenges you may have.

Royalty was fantastic! The day of some damage to our roof, Colin Duran came out and tarped the section to prevent further damage. He worked with our insurer to explain that a repair couldn't be done due to product availability. The crew that replaced the whole roof worked until dark and completed our whole tear-off and replacement in about 1.5 days to complete. The site was spotless after, no stray nails or materials in the yard. They do awesome work!

I worked with Colin to get my roof redone after the Arbor Day storm. He was very helpful and responsive as I had a LOT of questions. My biggest complaint about the service is the roofers they used didn't take down the tarp down properly when they started, but didn't finish the first days, then it poured and caused a little leaking a couple of days after they finished, but Colin got them back out to ensure everything was done properly. The only other complaint- again about the workers was the lack of cleanup. I found numerous pieces of cut gutter metal and trash (empty bottle,etc) in my landscaping.
